As a disabled veteran and having worked for the DoD for over 30 years, I adhere to the highest of standards. I believe that if you are not 5 minutes early you are 10 minutes late.  For the last 25 years in addition to working full time I have spent my time doing what I love: real estate investing and making my purchases and those of others look the best they can be.  When I needed help or was unable to get the job done myself during this time, I found that there was a void of integrity and reliability of contractors that cared enough to do the job to the standards I believe in.  

I formed Reliable Randy Handyman Services, LLC after dealing with many contractors that were overpriced or unresponsive to even provide a quote.  I am licensed and insured for your every day repair needs serving Ocean City and surrounding area.  I serve both individuals and businesses to provide a wide variety of services that will always be done with quality and customer satisfaction being the first priority. 

What makes Randy Reliable?  During my time in the DoD I managed, repaired, flipped, and remodeled all from distances of 2 and 1/2 hours to four hours away.  I did not know what the meaning of a weekend or time off was.  Rather than doing things with my family I was always maintaining a property, fixing this or making that better.  I’m someone who appreciates the innate value of hard work, accountability, and being a man of his word. Over the past 8 years my wife and I have worked hard to become an Airbnb Super Hosts of our rental properties. In fact, we have recently become recipients of the Airbnb Guest Favorite honor. For the past two decades, I’ve managed and maintained numerous properties ranging from single-family homes, Townhouses, and vacation rentals - specifically condos, in Ocean City. That said, managing rentals up to three or more hours away I have learned the importance of dedication, systematic work, and the importance of a dedicated, reliable, and fair-priced handyman.
